Notes Palisades removed and set up again circa laund recorded under Custus p[ar]ci de Rolleston' in Tutbury Honor accounts. Lount was an emparkment of an area of wood and waste in Anslow township permitted by the Earl of Lancaster in 1306. The name derives from the Middle English laund: open space in woodland.
